							Huddersfield University in association with routes 
							into languages wanted a video promotional tool to 
							encourage 14 - 19 year old students to pursue 
							language learning as a part of their academic study. 
							 
							When Huddersfield University approached us they 
							already started the process of creating this tool. 
							They understood what they wanted to portray but not 
							how to do it. They had the idea of using students at 
							the university to tell us about their experiences of 
							language learning and how it has and will help them.  |

					Having worked 
					with other organisations to target this age group before, we 
					had already gained vital experience on how to communicate 
					with the target audience. We started the project by firstly 
					deciding what was the fundamental message that we wanted to 
					get across. From there we were able to put together a series 
					of questions that would be answered by the students and 
					would get the message across in a very entertaining way. 
					 
					We understood that putting students in front of a camera and 
					having them answer questions in a talking heads scenario 
					wasn't going to work, we needed something more. With this in 
					mind we employed the use of green screen technology. 
					 
					During post production this enabled us to add graphics and 
					animation that would draw the viewer in and also illustrate 
					what was being said.  |
